Description:
Erik Danig, unlike most of his countrymen, is a tall regal man with intense amber eyes. He has a well groomed beard and moustache. His hair is shoulder length and is a dark, wavy brown. He is an intense man with little occasion for humor. He is a wizard and a warrior of the first order and uses both to defend his domain from the incursions of those who would seek to enslave or kill his people.

He wears fine linen shirts and the highest quality woolen chausses. His tunics are knee length and richly embroidered with gold thread. He favors rich reds and greens.

In winter he wears ankle length robes of rich wool or velvet lined with sable.

He always wears a golden collar of office and a fashionable sable cap.

In summer, he wears knee length robes of velvet.

He wears a fashionable hood in summer and winter.

Occasions of state: he wears purple velvet cloth of gold trimmed with ermine and a crown over his hat.

He wears half a dozen gold rings set with precious stones.

Erik’s armour:

Elbow length maille haubergorn of Dhalaenian steel, a gilded cuirbolli cuirasse. Whalebone finger gauntlets. He wears a small bascinet of Dhalaenian steel with avantail.

Over his armour he wears a surcoat of silk embroidered in gold and silver thread i the arms of Danigau.

He has a superior blade of Danigau manufacture with a gilded guard and a rock crystal pommel. Sword blade is inlaid with gold runes. He has a matching dagger.

His belt is fine black cordovan leather mounted with wolf head fitting s in platinum. He has a matching sword belt.

His scabbard is covered in black and red velvet with gold embroidery and platinum mounts.

Erik rides a mount of high quality. It is a heavy hunter of the oldest Danigau bloodlines. The horse is a black bay with no white. The horses tack is black and red velvet with platinum wolf heads.
