This section represents the rules that we've introduced for game play. While many of the rules are based on the Core AD&D 2.0 rule set, the Birthright Campaign Setting, and the Palladium RPG; many house rules are common sense or brought in from a different game system and adapted to make game play more interesting or easier to deal with on the bookkeeping side. They are meant as guidelines.

Tech level of the New Empire Campaign is universally 1340s era arms and armour. Consult the game resources that have been written for New Empire for details of type and availability by Cerilian Culture.
